All my vitamins, still missing A and B! And Folic Acid!

“Too much of a good thing can be bad”, never consume more than the daily recommended amount(even if you missed a day! it won’t set you back)
Vitamins are not a replacement for a meal! They are supplements to make sure you are getting all the vital nutrients needed in your daily diet.
My arms were tired even before I started the 1st strength portion! Urgh, but I already feel differences between Day 1. By the time the side lunges come around it is such a struggle to lift my arms that I don’t dip enough in my lunge. Got to stick that booty out!
Overall, I feel like this is a great workout to supplement an active lifestyle. Later I will do some low intensity cardio and go for a swim. Get some of that Vitamin D before the sun sets!

Wow. Was not expecting that at all. I thought I was doing really great in the gym by myself, well this just kicked my ass and proved me wrong. My arms are so weak, I didn’t realize I could no longer do proper pushups! This is now my morning workout and I will be tracking my progress!
Let me know how you have modified the 30 day shred workout to make it more difficult! What kind of weights do you use? What results you have seen since starting it? Or any other advice!

There is also a side story where the host tries out different diets and gives her take on them. What worked, what was crazy, and what didn’t work.

When I do this exercise sometimes I can’t stop thinking to myself…
“Dont’ fart. Dont’ fart. Dont’ fart. Dont’ fart. Whatever you do, hold it in for god’s sake.”
And sometimes I don’t even need to toot, it’s just that I dread letting one loose upon unsuspecting bystanders.
Yoga was particularly stressful for me in that sense. Very relaxing and many of the poses had my ass up in the air pushed out.
Didn’t get as much done as I usually do, my boyfriend tagged along and oh is he out of shape. He still looks amazing(he just never gains weight, ugh I know), but he hasn’t worked out in months. He decided to finish halfway through my workout and then came over and stared at me while I did weighted side lunges. And it just unnerved me, because normally I am alone when I do weights and it was absolutely the worst lighting.
Once he left I was able to focus better and do some ab work(weighted sitting V twists, weighted crunches, reverse crunches, and plank position). I didn’t get the chance to work on my arms since it got too late, but I will focus on that later today.
